Dessy Tsolova has over two decades of luxury fashion industry experience. Working for brands like Burberry, Smythson, J&M Davidson to name but a few, she oversaw the design development and manufacturing of hundreds of coveted products generating millions of dollars in sales. In 2013 she co-founded Utelier.com - the first global online manufacturing platform to connect designers and suppliers. In 2019, she founded FASHION INSIDERS & Co - an online educational and consulting platform, supporting fashion entrepreneurs and small brands in growing and scaling purpose-driven brands. Through a multitude of consulting work, mentoring initiatives and online educational content, fashion entrepreneurs can finally find the support they need, all in one place.
Karolina Barnes has been involved in business from her teens when her parents started a highly successful family distribution business. After gaining her degree in economics and business studies, she started her own businesses in various industries. In 2013 she retrained as an interior designer and two years later founded ESTILA, a supportive community of creative founders and a bookazine on a mission to empower through creative business stories while highlighting British design, craftsmanship and innovation within creative industries. Apart from running ESTILA, Karolina is the chief brand storyteller at STUDIO/ESTILA which works with purpose-driven brands on strategic collaborations and brand storytelling in branding, PR, marketing and communications.
